Yacov Geva

 CEO and Chairman of the Board: LifeWatch Corp.
Dr. Yacov Geva is a co-founder of Card Guard, which acquired LifeWatch, Inc. in 2000, and Instromedix, in 2001. Prior to Card Guard, Mr. Geva served as a Chief Mechanical Engineer with Vishay Israel, a subsidiary of Vishay Intertechnology, USA, from 1979-1989. From 1976 -1979 Mr.Geva was employed by the Koor Industries Group as a special projects manager for electronic communication projects. Mr. Geva is a graduate of the Technion-Israeli Institute of Technology, holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical and Nuclear engineering. and is a doctor of business administration by the International School of Management, Paris.

Brent Cohen

 President and COO: LifeWatch AG
Brent Cohen joined LifeWatch in January 2010. He has accumulated over 20 years of varied global management experience in public and private industrial, technology and service companies. Prior to LifeWatch, he served as CEO and Board Member of DoveBid, Inc. from 2005 to 2008, the largest global online auction marketplace for surplus capital and reverse supply chain assets, and as President and COO at First Advantage Corporation (NASDAQ NM: FADV) since 2000. Between 1987 and 1998 he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Packard Bell NEC (formerly Packard Bell Electronics). Earlier in his career, Mr. Cohen worked in various management positions at Arthur Young. Mr. Cohen is a Chartered Accountant and holds a MBA from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

Jake Mendelsohn

 Executive Vice President: LifeWatch AG
Jake Mendelsohn joined LifeWatch in January 2010. Mr. Mendelsohn has over 20 years experience in managing and improving operational and technological functions for companies in various industries. He last served as Executive Vice President for Global Operations and Technology at DoveBid, Inc. From 2000 till 2003, he served as Chief Information Officer at First Advantage Corporation (NASDAQ NM: FADV). Before that he held various management positions (Senior Vice President and CIO) from 1996-2000 at PETsMART (NASDAQ: PETM) and from 1986 to 1996 at The Windsor Park Group (Principal). Mr. Mendelsohn started his career at Arthur Anderson & Co in Cape Town as a Senior Consultant before acting as an Advisory Financial Analysts/Financial Controller at IBM South Africa. Mr. Mendelsohn is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Graduate Degree in Theory of Accounting and a BA of Commerce from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

Brent D. Atwood

 Chief Sales Officer: LifeWatch Services, Inc.
Brent Atwood joined LifeWatch in December of 2006. Mr. Atwood brings over 15 years of achievement in healthcare and information technology sales and management. Prior to LifeWatch, Mr. Atwood spent 5 years with Cerner Corporation, most recently serving as the senior executive over National Health Organizations. In previous roles, Mr. Atwood held sales and management roles with Computer Associates International as Vice President, Sales-Enterprise Management Group, and Depuy Orthopedics (Johnson and Johnson) managing sales regions in the Indiana/Midwest region. Mr. Atwood holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.

Cynthia Pillar

 Vice President of Corporate Regulatory Affairs: LifeWatch Corp.
Cynthia Pillar joined LifeWatch in 1996, and has served as senior leadership for many departments, including IT, Operations, Customer Service, and Reimbursement. Ms. Pillar is a seasoned professional with a strong leadership and management background, and is responsible for all aspects within Quality, Regulatory and Compliance affairs for LifeWatch. She has 20 years experience in the Healthcare industry. Ms. Pillar received her degree in Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago and currently holds certifications in public accounting, quality audit and regulatory affairs.

Mike Turchi

 Vice President, Finance: LifeWatch Corp.
Mike Turchi joined LWS in 2000, and has more than 20 years experience in the financial and business area. Prior to LifeWatch, Mr. Turchi served as Controller for Baldwin Cooke. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Wyoming, an MBA with Honors from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and is a member of Illinois' CPA Society and AICPA.

Marikay Menard

 Vice President of Clinical Strategy: LifeWatch Services
Ms. Menard joined LifeWatch in 2008. She has over 30 years of hands-on leadership, and has enabled ‘early adopter’ healthcare organizations transform manual, disconnected clinical processes to automated, integrated ‘closed-loop’ work flows. Prior to LifeWatch, Ms. Menard served as Executive Director of Healthcare at Cerner Corporation, where she represented Cerner across the healthcare industry and contributed to the development of solutions, services and sales strategy. Ms. Menard holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Honors from the University Of Illinois’ Medical Center, and is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives and the Health Information and Management Systems Society.

Shiri Carmielli

 Vice President, Planning, Logistics, and Strategies: LifeWatch Corp.
Ms. Carmielli joined LifeWatch in 2006. Prior to LifeWatch, Ms. Carmielli worked with Hewlett-Packard’s Indigo Division and was responsible for World Wide supply chain operations for the Asia-Pacific and Japan region. In addition, she managed an IT/Billing project and helped develop their global logistical operations in Singapore. Ms. Carmielli holds a degree in architecture from the Holon Academic Institute for Technology in Israel.

George Michelson

 Vice President - Information Technologies.
George Michelson joined LifeWatch in August of 2008 and served as Lead Software Architect before becoming the Vice President of IT. He brings extensive software development, implementation, and management expertise. Prior to LifeWatch, Mr. Michelson was employed with divisions of SeatonCorp, Staff Management and StudentScout, where he was responsible for team building in both the U.S and off-shore to help define, implement, and deploy infrastructure for software development. Prior to SeatonCorp, Mr. Michelson served as Vice President of Technology at Digital Currency Systems, Inc., where he managed software development. Mr. Michelson holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Moscow Institute of Railroad Engineering.
