CLINICAL OPERATION CONSULTANT – NATIONWIDE The primary objective of the Clinical Operation Consultant is to consult, coordinate, deploy, and support LifeWatch clinical initiatives and routine operational strategy for designated accounts through the initiation of LifeWatch services at new accounts as well as existing accounts. The Consultant will address our client’s educational needs and assure optimal workflow and clinical quality that defines and refines practice and processes to assure optimal efficiency and care delivery. Specific responsibilities include developing strategic and advisory partnerships with physicians, clinical staff, and office personnel such that the consultant is viewed as a “trusted advisor” and in a position to advise, recommend, and position LifeWatch as a vital component of the practice. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Bachelors degree with clinical emphasis or equivalent experience in nursing, exercise physiology, paramedic/EMT, and CCT Certification, 3-5 years of clinician experience, and ECG interpretation skills.
CLINICAL EDUCATOR – ROSEMONT, IL We have an immediate opening for a Clinical Educator in our Education Department. The Clinical Educator will monitor the performance of the Clinical Staff, and provide re-training of our Cardiac Technicians as a result of performance deficiencies identified through QA and Missed Physician Notification forms. The Educator will provide a resource for Clinical Technicians and Physician/Account support staff. Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to the following: current ECG Technician Certification or current RN license, 3-5 years ECG Analysis experience, solid leadership and public speaking skills, and experience as a trainer or instructor.
HOLTER MONITOR TECHNICIAN – ROSEMONT, IL The Holter Monitor Technician will provide technical analysis of ECG data and generate holter reports to physicians. Excellent arrhythmia interpretation skills, verbal communication abilities and basic computer skills required. Experience working with Holter Monitors is required. This person should be well versed in all Cardiac Technician duties and responsibilities with ability to assist the clinical supervisor or assume the duties of supervisor, in their absence.
CLIENT EXECUTIVE – NATIONWIDE The Client Executive (CE) is responsible for managing and growing their sales territory. The CE is responsible for sales for medical devices and services. This includes prospecting, quoting and closing new business. Once the product or service is sold it is the responsibility of the CE to in-service and train the account. The CE is also responsible for managing the existing service business. The CE is responsible for device management in existing service accounts, increasing the use of on line enrollments, and managing their expenses. The CE is expected to update their activities and opportunities in salesforce.com on a daily basis. Duties include, but are not limited to: Calling on Cardiology, EP, and Internal Medicine practices and Hospitals regarding new device or service sales, manage the devices in the territory – Device Ratio expected to be at 105% or above and inventories are expected to be done to assure accurate inventory levels, manage expenses within the allotted plan, work with internal staff to help solve issues or problems accounts may have and complete Issue Resolution paperwork for these situations, and provide daily updates and reports of activities, competition, and business opportunities in assigned territory and nationwide. PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR – PHILADELPHIA, PA As a Patient Care Coordinator for the leading cardiac monitoring service in the country, your role will be to provide support to our patients from hook up through the end of service. You will walk them through the process of putting on the heart monitor, explaining the device and its care throughout the patient’s service. Your focus will be providing proactive support to ensure that the patient receives the ultimate gold standard experience throughout the duration of their service. The PCC’s role is vital to the patient experience and the physician’s perception of our service. ACT BENEFIT COORDINATOR – ROSEMONT, IL The ACT Benefit Coordinator (ABC) is responsible for on-going care coordination for all assigned ACT patients. The ABC primary point of contact for all ACT patient needs. They ensure all patient questions are answered and issues are resolved timely by involving the appropriate internal staff. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and Maintain effective relationships with the patients, ensure all patient demographic and insurance information is obtained, call patients within 24 hours of enrollment to welcome, explain the process, and obtain any missing patient information, and explain insurance benefits and patients financial obligation. This individual should have a High School Diploma, customer service experience, and medical terminology knowledge is preferred.
