Quality Engineering Manager – Rosemont, IL
Provide effective global leadership and oversight in ensuring successful and compliant new product introductions, and continuous product quality improvement after launch. As a Patient Care Coordinator for the leading cardiac monitoring service in the country, your role will be to support our patients from hook up through end of service. You will walk them through the process of putting on the heart monitor, explaining the device and how to operate throughout the period of monitoring. Your focus will be providing proactive support to ensure that the patient receives the ultimate gold standard experience throughout the duration of their service. The PCC’s role is vital to the patient experience and the physician’s perception of our service.
