LifeWatch will phone to inform you of your insurance coverage.
A LifeWatch technician will call you at the scheduled time and help you set up the system, take a baseline recording and begin your monitoring session.
If you miss your scheduled training, please call LifeWatch at 1-800-517-6330.
When the monitoring session is complete, simply return the entire LifeStar ACT kit in the self-addressed and pre-paid envelope provided in the kit. Follow your physician’s instructions regarding your continuing care.
During the monitoring period, LifeWatch will be in constant contact with your physician for data review, analysis and reporting.
*If you were not provided the LifeStar ACT monitor in the office, you will receive a FedEx package with the LifeStar ACT system and the materials you will need for the monitoring service.
