What to Expect

  • LifeWatch will verify coverage with your insurance company.
  • LifeWatch will phone to inform you of your insurance coverage.
  • A LifeWatch technician will call you at the scheduled time and help you set up the system, take a baseline recording and begin your monitoring session.
  • If you miss your scheduled training, please call LifeWatch at 1-800-517-6330.
  • When the monitoring session is complete, simply return the entire LifeStar ACT kit in the self-addressed and pre-paid envelope provided in the kit. Follow your physician’s instructions regarding your continuing care.
  • During the monitoring period, LifeWatch will be in constant contact with your physician for data review, analysis and reporting. 

 

*If you were not provided the LifeStar ACT monitor in the office, you will receive a FedEx package with the LifeStar ACT system and the materials you will need for the monitoring service.
