Yacov Geva

CEO and Chairman of the Board: Lifewatch Corp.

Mr. Yacov Geva is a co-founder of Card Guard AG. Card Guard acquired LifeWatch, Inc. in 2000, and Instromedix, in 2001. Prior to Card Guard, Mr. Geva served as a Chief Mechanical Engineer with Vishay Israel, a subsidiary of Vishay Intertechnology, USA, from 1979-1989. From 1976 -1979 Mr.Geva was employed by the Koor Industries Group as a special projects manager for electronic communication projects. Mr. Geva is a graduate of the Technion-Israeli Institute of Technology, and holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical and Nuclear engineering.

Brent D. Atwood

Chief Operations Officer: LifeWatch Services, Inc.

Brent Atwood joined LifeWatch Services, Inc. (LWS) in December of 2006, bringing over 15 years of achievement in healthcare and information technology sales and management. In his capacity as Chief Operations Officer, he oversees all aspects of client operations, strategic planning, clinical services, marketing, and business development. Prior to LifeWatch, Mr. Atwood spent nearly 5 years with Cerner Corporation, most recently serving as the senior executive over National Health Organizations. In previous roles, Mr. Atwood held sales and management roles with Computer Associates International as Vice President, Sales - Enterprise Management Group, and Depuy Orthopedics (Johnson and Johnson) managing sales regions in the Indiana/Midwest region. Mr. Atwood holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.

Allison Stein

Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Counsel: LifeWatch Corp.

Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Counsel, Ms. Allison Stein joined LifeWatch in October 2006. Ms. Stein brings 12 years of experience as an employment lawyer to LifeWatch. Prior to joining LifeWatch, Ms. Stein served as a partner in the firm of Connelly Sheehan Harris, where she served as outside counsel to LifeWatch. Ms. Stein was previously an associate with the law firm of Jones Day and was a law clerk to the Hon. James L. Ryan of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Stein received her bachelors degree and law degree from the University of Michigan.

Kevin Pohl

Vice President of Technology: LifeWatch Corp

Mr. Pohl joined LifeWatch in 2008 as Vice President of Technology. Mr. Pohl is a Certified Project Management Professional with extensive experience in managing IT projects. Prior to LifeWatch, he was employed as Senior Project Manager at the Perrigo Company in Allegan, Michigan where he managed strategic SAP projects and programs within Perrigo’s Information Services Department. Previous to this, Mr. Pohl was a Project Management Consultant for Flexware Innovation where he managed software development and process automation system development and testing projects for Eli Lilli & Company. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Indiana University.

Cynthia Pillar

Vice President of Corporate Regulatory Affairs: LifeWatch Corp.

Cynthia Pillar joined LifeWatch in 1996, and has served as senior leadership for many departments, including IT, Operations, Customer Service, and Reimbursement. Ms. Pillar is a seasoned professional with a strong leadership and management background, and is responsible for all aspects within Quality, Regulatory and Compliance affairs for LifeWatch. She has 20 years experience in the Healthcare industry. Ms. Pillar received her degree in Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago and currently holds certifications in public accounting, quality audit and regulatory affairs.

Michael Maultz

Vice President of Client Experience: LifeWatch Services

Mr. Michael Maultz joined LifeWatch in 2006 with a strong leadership background in Human Resource Management obtained within the hospitality industry. Mr. Maultz held leadership positions with Wyndham Hotels International and ClubCorp, Inc. He received his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration form Widener University.

Leigh Ann Kelly

Vice President, Business Development and Strategic Accounts: LifeWatch Services

Leigh Ann Kelly joined LWS in 1994. She held the position of Director of Sales before being promoted to Vice President of Special Projects. Prior to LWS, she was employed as an Area Director for the Dairy Council of Northern Indiana, Area Manager for Clintec and held many positions with Mead Johnson Nutritional Division of Bristol Myers Squibb. Ms. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Education from Purdue University.

Mike Turchi

Vice President, Finance: LifeWatch Services

Mike Turchi joined LWS in 2000, and has more than 20 years experience in the financial and business area. Prior to LifeWatch, Mr. Turchi served as Controller for Baldwin Cooke. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Wyoming, an MBA with Honors from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and is a member of Illinois' CPA Society and AICPA.

John "Mac" Winslow

Vice President of Sales: LifeWatch Services

Mac Winslow joined LifeWatch in 2006 in the role of Account Manager for North Carolina. In December of 2007 he was promoted to Director of Sales and was named as Director of Sales for the quarter and for 2007. Mac brings strong growth strategies and hands-on management skills to the organization. Prior to LifeWatch, he served at Boehringer Ingleheim Pharmaceuticals as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, Cardio/Pulmonary Specialty Sales Representative and a certified field trainer.

Mary Kay Menard

Vice President of Clinical Strategy: LifeWatch Services

Ms. Menard joined LifeWatch in 2008. She has over 30 years of hands-on leadership, and has enabled ‘early adopter’ healthcare organizations transform manual, disconnected clinical processes to automated, integrated ‘closed-loop’ work flows. Prior to LifeWatch, Ms. Menard served as Executive Director of Healthcare at Cerner Corporation, where she represented Cerner across the healthcare industry and contributed to the development of solutions, services and sales strategy. Ms. Menard holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Honors from the University Of Illinois’ Medical Center, and is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives and the Health Information and Management Systems Society.

Shiri Carmielli

Vice President, Planning, Logistics, and Strategies, LifeWatch Corp.

Ms. Carmielli joined LifeWatch in 2006. Prior to LifeWatch, Ms. Carmielli worked with Hewlett-Packard’s Indigo Division and was responsible for World Wide supply chain operations for the Asia-Pacific and Japan region. In addition, she managed an IT/Billing project and helped develop their global logistical operations in Singapore. Ms. Carmielli holds a degree in architecture from the Holon Academic Institute for Technology in Israel.

Erik Leverenz

Director of Operations: Services and Technologies.

Mr. Erik Leverenz joined LifeWatch Services in January 2006. Mr. Leverenz previously served as Logistics Manager and Materials Coordinator for CrossCom National, a retail telecommunication company. Mr. Leverenz has a Masters Degree in Project Management from Northwestern University’s Keller Graduate School of Management. Mr. Leverenz received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Winona State University.

Jim Petrohilos

Director of Sales: LifeWatch Technologies

Mr. Petrohilos joined LifeWatch Technologies in April of 2008. Mr. Petrohilos brings extensive experience in the healthcare care arena, most recently serving at GE Healthcare where he spent 12 years in healthcare sales and management. He received the GE Master Circle Award multiple times, and has a very strong record for increasing sales and market share. Prior to GE, Mr. Petrohilos served in management roles at Axon Neurological Systems, Heart Monitoring Services of America and M.D.I. Diagnostic Imaging. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from DeVry University, Chicago, and received an advanced certificate in Business Administration and Management from Loyola University.
