2007
- LifeWatch Corp. (LWC) relocates its corporate headquarters from Buffalo Grove to O'Hare International Center II in April of 2007 to accommodate growth.
2006
- LWC files a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.
- LWC receives 'Accredited by the Joint Commission' under the Program classification of "Ambulatory Health Care Programs".
- LWC launches three TeleHealth Solutions for research, clinical monitoring, and TeleCare.
2005
- LWC signed with Guidant Corporation an exclusive agreement. LWC will provide long-term monitoring services to cardiac patients implanted with a Guidant Implantable Cardiac Defibrillator (ICD).
2002
- LWC launches its first Auto-detect cardiac event monitor with auto-triggers for atrial fibrillation, tachycardia, bradycardia, and pause to market.
2001
- Card Guard acquires Quality Diagnostic Services (QDS) a US of cardiac event monitoring and consolidates it within LWC.
2000
- Card Guard acquired LWC, a Chicago-based provider of cardiac event monitoring, pacemaker, and Holter services.
1993
- LWC commences monitoring service operations in Buffalo Grove, IL as an IDTF (Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility).
